Solutions For Tomorrow Receives Funding For A Second Time From Swedish Government Innovation Agency Vinnova

Solutions for tomorrow has been awarded 2.5 million SEK for the development of a mobile X-ray unit. The mobile unit developed by Solutions for tomorrow has full image quality from a clinical point of view and the mobility of the unit allows it to be easily transported within the hospital, or even to bring it to patients that are outside the hospital environment. The investment is part of Vinnova’s Research and Grow program, and the purpose is to finance the development of a sustainable and efficient battery system that is approved according to the standards for med-tech equipment used in healthcare.

“This is the second time that we have been able to secure funding from Vinnova, and we are very proud that we have been able to deliver on the first part of our project and that the R&D and business plan that we have presented as part of the application for this second instalment is robust and has met with the approval of Vinnova”, comments Mattias Guldstrand, CEO.
